Earning Your Points:

• Points are earned by participating in activities defined by Kalla Lily. (activities are subject to vary.)
• 1,000 points= 1 dollar
• Points are tracked on Kalla Lily's computer system at time of sale.
• Accumulated points can be found at the bottom of your receipt.

Redeeming Your Points:

• Points may be redeemed anytime after they have been accumulated.
• Points may be redeemed for services or products at Kalla Lily. Points can not be used for gift cards, tax, or gratuity.
• Points are non-transferrable and have no cash value. Points may not be redeemed with any other coupons or discounts. At this time, points may not be transferred between locations.
• Referral rewards will go into your account after your referral has his/her first service at Kalla Lily. Your referral must mention you name when registering for the first time at the front desk.
• Prebooked appointments are services that are scheduled for your next visit at the time of checkout. Points will go into your account when you check out at the conclusion of your prebooked service. Points ARE NOT distributed into your account at time of booking.
• Series points are equal to the price of the series multiplied by 10. Points are only awarded if the entire series is paid for in full upfront.
